Pricing

• All services Astudio company are priced individually based on project requirements, scope, time, and team workload.
• Prices listed on the website are indicative only.
• A proposal is considered official only if sent from info@astudio.am or issued as a signed document.

How We Work?

• Astudio sends all notifications regarding services, deadlines, and expected payments from the email address info@astudio.am
• Astudio executes all orders based on a contract signed with the client or their authorized representative.
• Project implementation details are documented in annexes or technical specifications.

Refund Policy and Warranty

• Astudio provides a technical warranty of up to 5 years for developed websites.
• The warranty covers software functionality but excludes issues caused by third parties, hosting providers, or client-side modifications.
• After project initiation, advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• Once delivered, the project cannot be rejected if it complies with the agreement.
  Bug fixes are provided within reasonable timeframes.

Limitation of Liability

• Astudio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.

Force Majeure

Astudio shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including infrastructure failures, third-party services, or external events.

Intellectual Property

• Full ownership rights are transferred to the client upon full payment.
• Astudio retains the right to reuse non-exclusive components, frameworks, and general solutions.

Privacy Policy

• All confidential information obtained during cooperation shall not be disclosed unless required by law.
• Materials may be deleted after project completion unless otherwise agreed.
