Collaboration with Models and Bloggers

Astudio is building a database of models and bloggers for potential collaboration with our SMM department.

  • For bloggers: links to social media profiles, performance statistics (reach, engagement, etc.), pricing for collaborations, contact details. Additionally, we are also looking for Russian-speaking bloggers.
  • For models (for Reels content, both speaking and non-speaking roles): photos or links to social media profiles, terms of collaboration, contact details. 

B2B Sales Manager / Lead Generation Specialist

Astudio is looking for a B2B Sales Manager (Lead Generation Specialist) for remote or hybrid collaboration.

We are not looking for someone to make cold calls or send mass spam messages. We are looking for a professional who can generate high-quality leads, conduct negotiations, and convert them into deals.

What you will be selling:

  • Website and e-commerce development
  • Complex startup development
  • CRM and ERP system development
  • SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO optimization
  • Digital advertising services
  • SMM services (Armenian market only).

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and acquiring B2B clients in the local market
  • Generating leads in international markets
  • Negotiating with business owners and top-level executives
  • Preparing commercial proposals
  • Managing and developing the client database.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can independently generate leads
  • Has experience in service-based sales
  • Understands IT and digital services sales
  • Is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.

We are open to discussing the most effective and mutually beneficial compensation model:

  1. Up to 10% commission from closed deals
  2. Fixed payment per qualified lead
  3. Fixed salary (for hybrid format).
